Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, platforms, and services operated by Guerilla Finance LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including DilutionWatch, BuzzSniff, LandSquatch, and any related applications (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Guerilla Finance provides data aggregation, analysis, and intelligence platforms focused on financial markets, market sentiment, and property data. Our Services include but are not limited to real-time SEC filing monitoring, dilution risk scoring, sentiment analysis, and property intelligence tools.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

Certain Services are available through paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are charged monthly
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your card details
• Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled before the next billing date
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period
• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We believe in earning your business every month. Our cancellation and refund policies are straightforward:

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — no phone calls, no hoops, no retention tactics
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then
• No cancellation fees apply under any circumstances
• After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier with reduced features
• Your data and watchlist are preserved for 90 days in case you choose to resubscribe

Refunds

• If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked
• Refund requests after the 7-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• If our Services experience significant downtime or data accuracy issues that materially impact your use, we will issue a prorated refund or account credit for the affected period
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
• To request a refund, email support@guerilla-finance.com with your account email and reason for the request

Free Tier

• The free tier requires no payment method and has no billing obligations
• Free accounts may be subject to feature limitations as described on our pricing pages
• We reserve the right to modify free tier features with 30 days' notice

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Scrape, crawl, or automated harvest data from the Services
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Services to manipulate markets or engage in securities fraud

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to scoring algorithms, analysis methodologies, software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of Guerilla Finance LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Not Financial Advice

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. NOTHING IN OUR SERVICES CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, TRADING ADVICE, OR ANY OTHER KIND OF PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. Guerilla Finance LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. You should always conduct your own research and consult with qualified financial professionals before making any investment decisions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data or analysis will be accurate or complete. Financial markets involve inherent risks, and past patterns do not guarantee future results.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GUERILLA FINANCE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Guerilla Finance LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued for the remaining billing period. If we terminate your account without cause, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Union County, Georgia.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
